We are currently studying:
An easily read treatment of the parables that emphasizes each parable’s meaning and its application in your life today. These expositions of Jesus’s parables by James Montgomery Boice grew out of sermons delivered in the winter of 1980-81, the development of which gave Boice insight into the parables as portions that generate unusual response to God.
James Montgomery Boice (1938 – 2000) was senior pastor of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was also president and cofounder of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, the parent organization of The Bible Study Hour on which Boice was a speaker for more than thirty years.
